Ceremony fees for a welcoming ceremony (valid from 1 April 2010 - 31 March 2011)At a KCC Register Office

At an approved premise (licenced by KCC i.e. historic houses, hotels etc.)
Monday to Friday £386
Weekend / Bank Holiday £524
Special Days (Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day) - £600
Additional booking confirmation fee: £50 (non-refundable) Other pre-inspected locations (i.e.for a one-off ceremony at a non-licenced venue)

Special Days (Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day) - £660
Additional booking confirmation fee: £50 (non-refundable) Fees refer to one child – for each additional child within the same family (brother/sister) add £20.00
Where a Welcoming ceremony is combined with a Marriage, Partnership or Renewal ceremony the Welcoming ceremony fee will be £100.00
Please note: There will be an extra charge for certificates and a rehearsal if they are required. Please speak to our ceremonies teams regarding these charges.
A ceremony amendment fee of £20 is chargeable for any changes to the ceremony arrangements.
If you cancel your booking, a cancellation fee of £40 will be payable. All ceremonies are subject to availability.
