Fees and Documents

Fees are payable for:

• Notice of Partnership
• Attendance of civil partnership staff at the registration or registration and ceremony, this may include a rehearsal or pre-ceremony meeting
• Civil Partnership Certificate(s).

Documents required will include:

• Passports or birth certificates
• Divorce decree absolute (if previously married)
• Dissolution order (if previously in a civil partnership)

Certificates or other documentation to confirm marital and civil partnership status, nationality, residence and names.

Simply Perfect Kentish Partnership Ceremony fees from 1 April 2009 to 31 March 2010

Civil Partnership ceremony fees:

Additional booking confirmation fee: £45 (non-refundable)

Civil Partnership Registration only:

Additional booking confirmation fee: £45 (non-refundable)

Please note: There will be an extra charge for legal preliminaries (notices to be given by both people), and for certificates and a rehearsal if they are required. Please speak to our ceremonies teams regarding these charges.

If you cancel your booking, a cancellation fee of £35 will be payable.

All ceremonies are subject to availability.
