Booking A Kentish Wedding We have created a short film to help you plan and book your Kentish Ceremony. You can view the film here. The first steps in booking or arranging A Kentish Wedding are to choose :
The Ceremony may commence at anytime between 8am and 5pm. Whatever day is chosen for the Kentish Wedding the Kent Registration Service guarantee to provide marriage registrars to conduct and register the ceremony. A booking with the Kent Registration Service can be made as far in advance as the couple wish, and this guarantee applies as soon as the venue is booked. To arrange a marriage ceremony in a venue the couple should visit the venue and complete their booking procedures. The wedding co-ordinator will then contact the local Register Office. Couples will then receive a letter from the Register Office advising them about the legal preliminaries to marriage, what they need to do next, and the documents and fees that are required. Foreign Nationals All persons subject to immigration control must now satisfy certain criteria before they give their Notice of Marriage. Timescales for completing legal preliminaries may take longer for these couples so we advise that they contact us as soon as possible. *Please note: We are currently experiencing very high call volumes for ceremony enquiries so our staff may not be able to answer your call straight away. If you would prefer, please email your enquiry along with a daytime contact number to one of the following email addresses. We are currently prioritising all emails based on the urgency of their enquiry so you may not hear from us straight away. However, a member of staff will contact you within five working days at the latest. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. |
