Step across The Alexander Centre’s elegant Victorian threshold, and choose from a range of options for your Wedding Ceremony or Reception.
Our largest room, the Gatefield Hall, is a versatile space for ceremonies and/or receptions with a capacity of up to 220, decorated to your taste – whether you love country-house opulence, vintage weddings or a clean, contemporary décor.
The Jubilee Room has a high ceiling, period detail and lots of light, and licensed to hold a ceremony for you and 50 of your guests. It’s perfect for smaller intimate ceremony. We have a charming courtyard garden too.
Ceremony-only or reception-only options are available for these rooms; your wedding can be as formal or as informal as you like, we have a dedicated events team who will be happy to discuss all available options with you.
With Faversham’s mainline station, town car parks, and historic pubs and B&B’s just a few minutes’ walk away, The Alexander Centre is super-convenient for you and your guests, even if they live far away.
This beautiful town house was historically at the heart of high society in Faversham. This heritage building, was since owned by the local council, but has now been restored by the Alexander Centre Trust to its former grandeur. Be photographed on its grand staircase before dancing the night away with family and friends.
