We would like to assure you that if you decide to book your wedding at The Appleyard our wedding team will do all they can to help make your day special in every way.
Our venue is perfect for a complete wedding package or evening reception. We can seat up to 160 for a sit down meal with the capacity of increasing that number to 250 for an evening reception.
Most couples book the Hall and Lower Lounge together giving you the relaxing atmosphere of the Lower Lounge to greet your guests and enjoy the reception drinks with the Main Hall set up ready for your meal. Once the speeches are finished you can retire to the Lower Lounge while the tables are cleared in preparation for the evening.
Both halls have fully licensed Bars which are included in the hall hire. Also included is a red carpet, table coverings as well as serviettes to match your colour scheme. We are happy to work with any outside company that provide that extra touch, table decorators, toast master etc.
On the day your Head Waitress will co-ordinate with the best man to make sure everything goes smoothly and to plan.
Our wedding team attend to all reception and toast drinks. If there is a wine we do not stock that you would particularly like - just ask.
