We understand the difficulties in contacting our service at present, unfortunately due to the unprecedented number of ceremonies being managed by our offices at this time, and current staffing shortages, we are unable to respond to your enquiry as quickly as we would like.
We will get back to everyone as soon as we are able and are prioritising responses based on ceremony date. To help us manage the backlog please email us and put your ceremony date and booking number in the subject field and we will be in contact as soon as possible. If you are contacting us to pay your ceremony fees, we will be in touch with you and your booking will be honoured.
