An eco-friendly licensed wedding venue situated in beautiful Kent countryside on a private 500-acre organic estate. Glorious gardens, a manor house as well as a rustic barn, make Bore Place a perfect venue for weddings. For larger weddings, couples are welcome to erect a marquee or tipi in the gardens.
Many couples choose Bore Place so that they can make a weekend out of their special day. Overnight accommodation for 29 is included in the fee with the option of a further 19 staying on-site as well as glamping and camping possibilities.
Bore Place is surrounded by hills, woods full of wildlife, local walks, and pretty gardens and is situated just outside the Tudor village of Chiddingstone, where there is a very sweet church - only an hour away from London and a short drive from the M25.
Couples have complete flexibility about how they want their day to run with exclusive use of the Bore Place estate for 48 hours. You are encouraged to use and decorate the space as you wish and make the day yours. There is a very low corkage fee and you are free to use your own suppliers, should you wish. Catering can also be provided by the Bore Place chef who cooks using organic, local produce much of which is grown on the Bore Place farm. Dietary requirements are always catered for. Bore Place prides itself on its relaxed and special atmosphere – there will be a wedding coordinator to help you plan the day and ensure it runs smoothly but you will be able to make sure the day is just how you want it.
