The Ferry House, a captivating 16th-century barn venue nestled in the Kent countryside beside the Swale estuary, just 60 minutes from London, boasts panoramic waterside views, surrounded by nature reserves and rolling farmland, offering an unrivalled setting for your idyllic country wedding.
Ensuring each wedding is as unique as our couples, our packages are tailored to your needs, with intimate gatherings for 2-30 guests, relaxed Twilight ceremonies, full-day packages, or two-day celebrations for up to 250 guests, all with in-house catering options and accommodation for over 70 guests in our onsite B&B rooms or the nearby self-catering cottages at Mocketts Farm.

Exchange your vows overlooking the Swale estuary, surrounded by breathtaking natural landscapes and up to 180 loved ones, or in our charming, fairy-lit Oak Barn, adorned with hops and featuring French doors that open to a private wedding terrace.
Celebrate with your wedding breakfast in the Oak Barn, accommodating 70 guests, or in our adjoining Event Suite for up to 180 guests. This space is filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and offers stunning waterside views. Regardless of your guest count, you can savour catering options from our 2AA Rosette restaurant, including three-course meals, afternoon tea, hog roasts, or buffets. Our menus highlight our 'Plot to Plate', 'Field to Fork', and 'Grain to Glass' ethos, featuring fresh, homegrown produce from our 1.5-acre Kitchen Garden, beef from our family farm, game from our local estate, and spirits crafted from our own family farm grains.
Conclude the day in style with our eleven 4* B&B rooms onsite, accommodating 22 guests, including a Honeymoon Suite with a double spa bath and estuary views, with an award-winning breakfast the following morning.
